Ingredients

Cooked chicken breast - 1 pc.

Peking cabbage - up to 1 head of cabbage

Champignons - 12-16 pcs.

Small tomatoes - 6 pcs.

Cheese t / s - from 50 g

Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons

Granular mustard - 1-2 tsp

Lemon juice - up to 1 tablespoon

Walnuts - 1 handful

Vegetable oil - for frying

This salad with chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes has recently appeared in our family menu and has taken root very well. Inspired by the recipe for the "Maxim" salad, which I tested in the Kirov restaurant "Russia". The restaurant version was with juicy Iceberg lettuce and seasoned with lyonnaise sauce, and mine was with Chinese cabbage and mayonnaise, improved grainy mustard and lemon juice.

I just steamed the chicken breast for the salad. It tastes good with breast prepared in almost any way: like pastroma, baked in the oven or fried in a pan.

For a salad with chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes, prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Cut fresh champignons into 4 parts and fry for about five minutes in a skillet in vegetable oil. Season with salt.

Cut strong small tomatoes into wedges.

Chop the Chinese cabbage.

Cut the skinless chicken breast into slices of the desired size.

Finely grate hard cheese (Parmesan), combine all the prepared ingredients with each other and stir.

Season the salad with mayonnaise mixed with grainy mustard and lemon juice to taste. Lay it on a flat dish in a slide, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
