Sprats - 1 can

Sometimes in the evenings you don't want to bother with dinner at all, a light snack is enough - and everyone is happy.
This is not the first time I have been preparing a sprat spread salad. It is perfect for simply putting it on a sandwich, turning it into a light snack for a cup of hot tea. Instead of sprats, tuna fillet or any other canned fish is very suitable, but sprats give the salad a completely different, special taste.
We will need all the products on the list.
I prefer to drain all the oil from the sprat and remove the tails. Sometimes I even bother to clear the fish from the ridge:))) This is personal preference. Fold the sprats into a salad bowl and mash slightly with a fork. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions.
Boil the eggs and chop finely.
Mix all ingredients.
Pickled cucumbers are also preferable to cut into smaller pieces and add to the salad bowl.
Drain the liquid from the canned corn and send the corn there. Season the sprat spread salad with mayonnaise, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
