Try this original omelet salad! I fell in love with him, very tasty! Omelet, cut into noodles, pickled cucumbers (exactly salted, as for Olivier, not pickled), pickled onions and ham - it turns out that this is a very tasty and spicy combination.
I have prepared this salad several times already, and it always sold out with a bang. Such a salad can be prepared just like that and for a holiday (guests will then be sure to take a recipe.
So, in order to prepare a salad with omelet and ham, prepare chicken eggs, mayonnaise, salt, sunflower oil, onions, water, vinegar, pickles, ham, black pepper. Whisk the chicken eggs with mayonnaise and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
In a frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil, fry 5 or 6 thin omelets from the resulting egg-mayonnaise mixture, on both sides.
