Salad "Whisk", also known as "Brush" is a light, dietary, vitamin salad, which got its name for its ability to effectively cleanse the body of toxins and toxins, thereby contributing to weight loss and restoration of normal body functioning. In the most basic version of cooking, salad consists of only three main components: cabbage, beets and carrots. A little aromatic unrefined sunflower oil and lemon juice are added as a dressing. Optionally, add a little garlic, fresh herbs, apple or stalk celery to the main ingredients to your liking. Despite its light, slightly austere composition, the salad contains many vitamins, useful trace elements and fiber, perfectly saturates, turns out juicy and colorful. Try it!
To prepare a salad, you will need these basic ingredients.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
Grate beets and carrots, or cut into long thin slices.
Place the vegetables in a salad bowl, stir and lightly remember with your hands so that they let the juice out and become a little softer.
Add vegetable oil and lemon juice to taste and mix well again.
Optionally, you can also add a grated apple, finely chopped garlic clove and some fresh herbs to the salad.
