More often than all other options in our family menu "Caesar" with chicken and, in my opinion, with Peking cabbage, it turns out to be very harmonious in taste. I really like to cook pastroma from chicken breast, its juicy pieces are perfect for salads! Chicken meat prepared in any way is also suitable: baked in the oven, boiled in water or steamed, etc.

For the Caesar salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Prepare the desired size and shape croutons from white bread. The loaf or baguette can be diced or thinly sliced. Ciabatta can simply be torn into pieces with your hands. Brush or sprinkle the croutons with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic. Dry the crackers on a baking sheet in the oven.
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Here is pastroma, for which I took a mixture of curry as a spice.
Wash and dry the Chinese cabbage. Then chop the leaves. Optionally, you can chop them completely or only their sheet part, after removing dense veins.
Grate hard cheese. In this version, Irish white cheddar is taken, and parmesan is traditionally used, it is he who gives the same taste, but flavor analogs of parmesan will also work.
Assemble the salad in portions on a flat platter. First, place a portion of Peking cabbage leaves in a heap, pour about 1 tablespoon of Caesar sauce over them, sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon of grated cheese.
Arrange the chicken and tomato slices.
Pour the second portion of the sauce over the salad. Serve immediately, accompanied by crispy croutons and well sprinkled with grated cheese.
