The "Macho" salad is considered a purely male dish, although I did not notice that the fairer sex also refused it. This is an ideal snack for strong alcoholic drinks. It is best served for a festive table or a friendly party. Thanks to pickles, it has a moderately spicy, but not harsh taste. It's worth trying!

To prepare Macho salad, you need to take beef pulp, pickles, walnut kernels, eggs, garlic and mayonnaise.

Pour the meat with cold water and boil until soft.

Cool the beef and chop or chop finely.

Finely chop or grate the garlic.

Grate cucumbers on a medium grater and combine with garlic.

Mix the mass.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled (within 10 minutes, counting from the beginning of the boiling of the water), and then put them in cold water, cool, peel and chop.
