"Marseille" salad with prunes and Korean carrots is one of the delicious layered salads. On the Internet you can find various options for preparing this salad, I chose the option with boiled chicken. One of the features of this salad is that the ingredients are combined and layered with mayonnaise in pairs.
Marseille salad can decorate any celebration, and you can also please your family and cook it on a weekend. This salad will be well served with a side dish of rice or potatoes, it is also delicious with pasta.
Prepare the necessary products for the salad according to the list.
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and cut into cubes.
Cut the prunes into thin strips. Put chicken fillet on a flat plate, prunes on it, and grease well with mayonnaise.
