Fruit salads are made for the holiday, so they should be served accordingly. They look best in voluminous transparent wine glasses, which must be decorated with an elegant rim. First, the edges of the glass are dipped to a certain depth in the egg white, and then immediately immersed in granulated sugar. The glasses are shaken slightly to remove excess sugar, and then dried. Prepare such a salad and get heavenly pleasure!
To prepare the salad, you need to take fresh strawberries, a large fruit of a kiwi "butterfly", a banana, an orange, canned pineapples without syrup, almonds and strawberry yogurt.
Peel the banana, cut it in half lengthwise, and then slice it thinly across.
Peel the kiwi and chop finely.
