Salad with chicken and pickled cucumbers is perfect for a holiday, and so, for a regular lunch. It is filling, it has many ingredients, but chicken and pickles are still predominant, as they are felt more than others. Let's get started, prepare: chicken fillet, water, salt, champignons, vegetable oil, chicken eggs, canned peas, onions, pickled cucumbers, mayonnaise.

Boil the chicken fillet in water with the addition of salt, remove it from the broth and let cool. Boil eggs, too, "cool", let them also cool. Peel the mushrooms, cut and fry in vegetable oil.
