The recipe for a simple and delicious Caesar salad with chicken, lettuce, cheese and croutons.
Ingredients
Chicken breasts - 1 pc.
Leaf salad - 2 forks
Parmesan - 5 tbsp heaped spoons

homemade mayonnaise - 0.3-0.5 cups
garlic - 2 cloves
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
olive oil - 0.5 cups
lemon juice - 2 tbsp l.

Caesar salad is usually made from different types of lettuce, various herbs and white bread croutons. Season it with a sauce based on raw egg yolks.
The chicken version of this salad has gained great popularity, and this is logical, because it turns out to be especially tasty and satisfying with it. If you are afraid to prepare a dressing from raw yolks, then use a good store-bought mayonnaise, or homemade quail eggs, or natural yogurt. If there is no Worcester sauce, try experimenting with balsamic, soy, or anchovies to taste.
Prepare chicken breasts (boiled, baked or pastroma), lettuce (here green and oak), parmesan, loaf or baguette, homemade mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon, garlic and salt.
For the sauce, combine homemade mayonnaise or yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic and pepper, and season with salt.
Stir. Caesar salad dressing sauce, ready.
Finely grate the Parmesan (it is also delicious with other types of cheese …)
Prepare croutons from a loaf or baguette in a pan or in the oven.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves. To serve in portions, lay a layer of different lettuce leaves and herbs on a flat dish, just tear them with your hands.
Then lay out a layer of their chicken, cut into thin slices. In my recipe, I use Rosemary Chicken Breast Pastroma.
Drizzle over the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Add the croutons right before serving so that they do not get wet.
Caesar salad with chicken is ready.
