The name of the salad "Vegetable expanse" speaks for itself. This is a real storehouse of vitamins, which our body needs especially at the end of spring! It uses the most common and budget vegetables that complement each other and create a special flavor bouquet. Do not deny yourself a plate of real vitamins!
To prepare the salad, you need to take fresh white cabbage, canned green peas, fresh cucumbers, carrots, green onions, dill, mayonnaise, black pepper and salt.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
Mix cabbage with carrots, lightly salt and mash a little.
Wash the cucumbers, cut them lengthwise into 4 parts, and then finely chop each quarter across.
Wash green onions and cut into thin rings.
Combine prepared foods, add peas, pepper and salt.
Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.
Stir the salad.
When serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped dill and decorate as you wish.
