Delicate salad with squid and egg pancakes, with the addition of carrots and onions. We fill with mayonnaise.
Squid - 150 g
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken egg - 4 pcs.

Egg pancake salads are always tender and tasty. I used to always prepare such a salad with boiled chicken. Once I tried to replace chicken with squid. It turned out to be a very good option.
A pleasant salad that will be appreciated by lovers of seafood and not only.
To prepare a salad with squid and pancakes, you need to peel the onions, carrots and squid (if they are not peeled).
Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry onions and carrots in oil (2 tablespoons) until soft.
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and pepper.
Beat with a fork.
Fry thin pancakes in hot oil (1 tablespoon).
I pour oil only before the first pancake, then I don't grease the pan.
Cut the pancakes into thin strips.
Put the squid in boiling water and cook for three minutes.
Allow to cool. And cut into strips.
Place all ingredients in a deep bowl. Add Mayo.
Stir, salt and pepper to taste. Salad with squid and pancakes is ready.
