Be sure to prepare the Orange salad appetizer for the festive table. After all, such a dish will not only become a decoration, but will also delight everyone with its taste. The salad is tender and juicy. And if you boil carrots, rice and eggs in advance, then it will take no more than 15 minutes to cook it.
Prepare all required ingredients.
Put the tuna in a bowl, chop it with a fork. Tuna can be replaced with any other fish of your choice.
Boil rice in salted water until cooked. Any kind of rice will do. I used white, non-steamed, round. Boiled in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
Boil eggs in steep and grate on a fine grater or with a fork in small crumbs.
Peel the apple, cut out the seed box and grate on a medium grater.
Lay out the cheese paste.
Get the walnut kernels. Dry for 5 minutes in the oven and use a rolling pin to grind into crumbs.
Add salt as needed. Stir the whole mass - the salad is ready to eat. And since we are preparing an appetizer salad, we will send it to the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
With slightly damp hands, select part of the salad and roll it into a ball. The size depends only on your preferences.
Grate boiled carrots on the finest grater. Roll a salad ball in it. Pressing slightly with your palms, secure the top ball.
Insert a clove in the center, imitating an orange tail.
And so "grow" orange after orange until the salad ends.
Serve juicy, tasty, delicate salad "Oranges" on the festive table.
Happy Holidays. Cook with love.
