A healthy and delicious shrimp, avocado and cherry salad can be prepared in minutes. I used peeled boiled-frozen salad prawns, large and ripe avocados, aromatic cherry tomatoes and fresh crispy green salad leaves. Seasoned salad with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, dill and crushed garlic clove.
