For the festive table I offer one more delicious salad "Christmas wreath". This salad is laid out in a ring shape and garnished with lots of greens. Looking at such a salad, you immediately feel the New Year's atmosphere. For my version of the salad, I used crab sticks, rice, apples, tomatoes, and hard cheese, and green onions and dill for decoration.
Cut the crab sticks into medium pieces, set aside a couple of pieces to decorate the candles.
Also cut the tomatoes and apples into cubes to add juiciness to the salad. Combine them with crab sticks.
Add boiled rice to the salad, mix.
Grate cheese and add to salad.
Place a half-liter jar or a wide glass in the center of the plate. Lay out the salad in a circle to form a ring. Press a little with your palm against the walls of the can.
Chop the green onion and a third of the dill. Sprinkle the ring on top.
Put the remaining dill in small twigs in a circle. Make candles from the set aside crab sticks: cut the stick into 2 parts, make a small incision with a knife on one side. Cut "fire" out of the tomato and insert it into the hole. Decorate the top of the salad with peas and tomato slices.
The Christmas Wreath salad is ready.
