Video: Caesar Salad Sauce - A Recipe With A Photo Step By Step. How To Make Caesar Salad Dressing?

According to one of the legends accompanying the salad, the sauce for Caesar salad was made from olive oil, eggs that did not have time to boil, and added to this mass of Worcester sauce and lemon juice. Then, for a more perfect taste, anchovies and mustard of medium sharpness or Dijon were included, as well as options with garlic and parmesan. In home cooking, due to the fear of purchased raw eggs, the sauce is often prepared simply based on mayonnaise, i.e. mayonnaise is used instead of egg and olive oil, and the rest of the ingredients are mixed with it.

Egg - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves

Here are the ingredients for the classic Caesar salad. Let's start cooking!
The egg must be washed, covered with boiling water and removed after one or two minutes.
I'm not sure if the egg will become completely safe, i.e. it should initially be safe, but it will acquire the consistency necessary for the future creamy sauce.
Grate the parmesan finely.
Break the egg into a bowl or glass blender.
Add all other ingredients: mustard, garlic, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, lemon juice
and olive oil.
Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
Caesar salad dressing is ready.
After dressing, the Caesar salad is served immediately.
