Squid salad with champignons can decorate your festive table. The dish is so easy to prepare that even a novice hostess can handle it and present it to the festive table. Delicious, juicy and rich, this salad of squid and mushrooms will surely please all guests.
To prepare a salad of squid with mushrooms, we need the following ingredients: freshly frozen squid, champignons, onions, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, salt and ground black pepper, hard cheese and walnuts.
Chop the peeled onions and mushrooms.
Fry in oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cool.
Defrost the squid, rinse and peel, and then boil in boiling salted water for 30 seconds. Place the squid in boiling water. Let the squid cool, peel off the films, remove the chitinous core.
Cut them into strips.
Place the mushrooms on the bottom of the salad bowl.
