The recipe for a delicious Caesar salad with chicken according to Ducan.

I opened the Caesar salad according to Dukan relatively recently - about a week ago, when I started following a protein diet. I must say that the result is simply amazing - 3 kg in 5 days, and this is all due to the fact that I prepare such a dish in the early morning (this can be seen from the grayness of the photo) and eat it throughout the day in any quantity.
The only thing I replaced in it was Chinese cabbage. She doesn't like me! But I discovered a new taste - the taste of stalked celery: juicy, bright, unique. It blended so easily into the rest of the ingredients, as if it had always been there!
By the way, if you don't like the combination of such products with butter, then season the salad with cottage cheese sauce for green salads. I change the dressing daily so that the taste of the dish does not become boring.
So, we will boil the chicken fillet in salted water for 30 minutes in advance. Let's do the same with chicken eggs - boil them for 15 minutes, and then cool them sharply.
Rinse the tomato in water and cut it into small pieces with a knife into a container, holding the vegetable in our hands.
We also rinse the celery stalks and cut them into round pieces on a board.
Peel chicken eggs and rinse in water, cut into large pieces and pour into a container.
Pick the chilled boiled chicken fillet by hand through the fibers into pieces and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Rub hard cheese on a fine grater.
Pour in the white bread croutons. I recommend drying them at home so as not to purchase a store-bought product with a high content of sodium glutamate.
Add oil and gently mix our Caesar salad according to Ducan.
Serve on portioned plates, garnished with fresh herbs to taste.
