"Bump" salad is a real New Year's festive salad! He looks original and really looks like a real bump! Almost any salad can be hidden under such a "cone camouflage", I like the salad according to the proposed recipe (with smoked chicken, potatoes, eggs and pickles), so I just disguised it. In general, even "Olivier" in the guise of "Bumps" will look original and new!

To prepare the "Bump" salad, prepare the following products: smoked chicken, potatoes, onions, eggs, pickles, almonds, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper.

Before you start slicing and assembling the lettuce, boil the peeled potatoes until tender and let cool. Also boil the eggs, cool. Cut into small cubes and combine smoked chicken (I have meat from a leg), eggs, onions (onions or green), potatoes and pickles in one bowl.

Pour the salad ingredients with mayonnaise, add ground pepper and salt to taste (do not use salt if the cucumbers are salty enough).

Stir the salad and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to steep.

Now put the salad on a dish with a mound so that it resembles the silhouette of a cone in shape. Spread a little mayonnaise on the surface of the salad.

And now we turn the salad into a cone - on the surface of the salad we spread the almonds (dried in the oven or in a pan). The nuts need to be lightly pressed into the salad to hold.
