As a lover of the design of various salads, I suggest you the Hedgehog salad. I used to cook a salad with this design, but the composition was different. Now I have changed it a little. The salad looks very cute on the table, it is suitable for a children's birthday, or you can simply please your family if you have time to arrange a salad. The composition of the salad is very tasty, you can think of any other design for it.

We need pickled mushrooms, chicken breast, canned peas, black olives, eggs, hard cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. It is better to cook chicken breast in advance, this will speed up the preparation of the salad. I used homemade chicken breast. You should also boil the eggs.

Cut the breast into cubes, chop the mushrooms: I have a mushroom platter, I cut the large ones more finely, and left the small ones as they are.

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, set aside the whites, and chop the yolks and add to the salad. Add canned peas and squeeze out a chive. Combine with mayonnaise and stir. Salt to taste.

Separately, finely grate the cheese and the set proteins. Combine with mayonnaise and, if desired, add a clove of garlic.

Put the salad on a plate to form a hedgehog.

Put the egg-cheese mass on top in an even layer, covering the bottom.

Cut the olives lengthwise into 8-10 pieces. Insert them like needles all over the hedgehog's body. Cut one olive into circles for the eyes, and make a nose from the rest.

Decorate a plate with herbs and serve salad on the table.
