Today we are preparing an interesting, tasty and satisfying salad like this from the products that are always at hand. The base of the salad is egg pancake and ham, cut into strips. Of course, it is fatty and high-calorie, but.. but delicious!
For cooking we need: chicken eggs, ham, mayonnaise, salt, vinegar, onions.
Beat eggs and salt with a whisk.
Then we fry the egg pancakes. Add literally 1 tsp to the pan. sunflower oil, pour out the stirred eggs. Fry the pancake on both sides. I have a frying pan 19 cm in diameter.
Thus, you get about 5-6 egg pancakes. We put them on a plate, cool.
Cut the cooled pancake into strips. We put the strips on top of each other and cut into thin strips. The result is "noodles".
We also cut the ham into strips, the onion into half rings. Fill the onion with vinegar so that the onion floats in it. The vinegar will neutralize the bitterness and give the onion the flavor we need. Let us brew for a couple of minutes.
Combine egg noodles and ham. Drain the vinegar from the onion, add the onion to a bowl. Season with mayonnaise.
Mix everything well. Egg pancake salad with ham ready. Can be served right there.
