Jerusalem salad is simple but very tasty and is perfect for a holiday. Although on weekdays it can replace the second dish, because it is very satisfying and high in calories. The salad is prepared in layers. All products are affordable and not very expensive for him.
We take boiled chicken, tomatoes, garlic, walnuts, crackers, mayonnaise, lettuce, salt and ground black pepper.
Put lettuce leaves on a dish or a large plate, which must be washed first.
Chop walnuts and put on lettuce leaves.
Cut the boiled chicken meat and put it on the nuts. Salt and pepper the meat to taste.
Apply a layer of mayonnaise to the meat.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Put it on a layer of mayonnaise.
Put a layer of small croutons the size of a small cube on the tomatoes. I cooked them myself, but you can buy ready-made ones. Chop the garlic and add to the croutons.
Apply a layer of mayonnaise on the croutons. We put the dish in the cold and let it brew for several hours.
The salad turns out to be juicy and very tasty.
