With the holidays approaching, we are thinking about what new dish to please our guests. If you have not tried a salad with beans and mushrooms, then I would like to share my own way of preparing it. It is very filling, tasty and easy to prepare.
Wash carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater.
Finely chop the onion.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the carrots, onions and canned mushrooms for 10 minutes, stirring.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Finely chop the dill greens.
Drain the liquid from the jar of beans, and put the beans in a deep dish or saucepan, where we will prepare the salad. Then add all the other ingredients there: fried carrots, onions and mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, herbs. Squeeze out the garlic.
Salt and pepper the salad to taste and season with mayonnaise. Here is our salad with beans and ready, you can serve it to the festive table. Enjoy your meal!
