Pineapple Chicken Breast Salad is often called "Ladies'" because it combines light chicken meat and sweet pineapple. The salad is very tender, juicy and tasty; it can also be served on a festive table. The salad is very simple to prepare, let's get started.
For a salad with pineapple and chicken breast, we have enough simple ingredients: we need chicken fillet, eggs, pineapples and cheese.
Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cool under cold water. Cut into small cubes.
Boil the chicken breast until tender. Remove from broth and leave to cool.
Cut the cooled chicken breast into cubes.
Drain the syrup from the pineapples. Cut into small pieces.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Combine chicken, cheese, pineapple, and eggs.
Season with salt and mayonnaise to taste.
Place on a platter and decorate as you wish. I garnished the salad with sliced pineapple and cranberries.
