But we know him and love him thanks to inventive Korean immigrants. I don't know what they wanted to replace with carrots, most likely a daikon, which was not then in the former Soviet Union. The recipe is simple and many people know it. I add it to the site, since it is simply necessary in the piggy bank.
What is needed for this immortal salad. Carrot varieties. It is dark orange in color, with a blunt nose, sweet and juicy. Salt, sugar, vinegar. Onions, which we will fry in oil. Garlic, coriander, red hot pepper and sweet paprika are required.
