Salads, which include corn and eggs, are huge. On the site you will find many different options. I didn't seem to find anything like that. This simple corn and egg salad is a great addition to your everyday menu.
It can be served for breakfast or dinner with a side dish or meat dishes. In addition to eggs, the salad contains only vegetables and herbs. Homemade mayonnaise is great for dressing this salad.
To prepare the salad, cook the carrots and eggs until tender, peel and cut into cubes. Fold into a salad bowl.
Cut also fresh cucumber and bell peppers. Add to carrots and eggs.
Finely chop green onions and dill. Add 4 tablespoons of corn.
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the salad.
Mix salad with corn and eggs and serve immediately.
