You will get a delicious and original salad if you combine the meat of a boiled chicken leg, bell peppers fried with garlic and strips of egg omelettes. Salad with chicken and bell pepper is not only tasty, but also satisfying, everything in it is in moderation, that's straight and you don't want to add anything else, nor take away:) I should like it!
So, prepare the chicken leg, water, salt, bell pepper (preferably several colors), vegetable oil, garlic, chicken eggs, mayonnaise, ground pepper. Remove the skin from the boiled and already cooled chicken leg and set it aside, the skin is useless in the salad. Then remove the meat from the bones and cut it straight with your hands into the fibers, or cut into strips, as it will be more convenient for you:)
Cut the flesh of sweet peppers (orange, red or other colors) into strips. Chop the garlic. Shake eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of mayonnaise, fry thin omelets in vegetable oil (20 ml) from this mass.
Then in the same frying pan, fry the bell peppers in vegetable oil (40 ml) with garlic, until soft, but without frying. Cut the egg omelettes into strips, add to the chicken.
When the pepper has cooled, transfer it to a salad bowl. Add salt and ground pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise and stir the salad.
Let the chicken and pepper salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then serve!
