Diet vinaigrette - vinaigrette without potatoes. This option is suitable not only for diet, but also during the fasting period, and vegetarians also love it. Canned white beans in their own juice are a great alternative to boiled potatoes. For the best taste, cut and mix vegetables for the vinaigrette warm.
To prepare a dietary vinaigrette, we need the products shown in the photo.
Wash the beets and carrots with a hard sponge under running water. Boil until tender: carrots - 20 minutes, beets - 40-50 minutes. Cool slightly, peel, cut into cubes.
Chop 3-4 medium cask cucumbers.
Finely chop half of the onion, you can mix it with a cucumber, in a couple of minutes the onion will marinate.
Add canned green peas and white beans in your own juice.
