Ingredients

Sprats - 140 grams;

Salt to taste;

Mayonnaise to taste;

Sunflower oil - for frying.

Fish in a Pond is a simple and hearty salad with sprats that you can make for breakfast or dinner. The salad received this name because the surface is decorated with fish tails, imitating fish in a pond. By increasing the proportions, such a salad can be prepared for a festive table in a large salad bowl and, accordingly, decorated in the form of a large pond and a large number of fish. I made a salad for two for breakfast, so my portion is small. For the salad, you first need to boil the potatoes and eggs, cut the onion into cubes and fry with grated carrots in sunflower oil.

Peel the cooled potatoes, grate and lay out in the first layer, grease with mayonnaise.

Then put the fried onions with carrots.

Transfer the sprats without oil to a small bowl, set aside a few tails to decorate the top, and knead the rest with a fork.

Place the sprats on top of the onions and carrots and spread the mayonnaise net over them.

Grate hard cheese, sprinkle with sprat on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Grate eggs on a fine grater, sprinkle over the cheese. Insert fish tails.

Take a few arrows of green onions and insert in a circle, chop and sprinkle the rest at random. Let the salad soak for 30-40 minutes.
