Different vegetables with cheese are some of my favorite combinations. For example, tender Peking cabbage and some hard or semi-hard cheese, either imported or locally produced! The salad is prepared twice, the composition is simple, but it turns out very tasty. I serve such a composition both as an independent salad, and as a side dish for meat or chicken dishes.
It is quite a topic to sprinkle a salad of Peking cabbage with cheese with any seeds: sunflower, dark or light flaxseed, sesame, as well as chia seeds that are now fashionable.
Prepare the ingredients:
Wash and dry the Chinese cabbage. Then chop it and squeeze lightly.
The cheese needs to be grated. Cheese can be any hard or semi-hard and can be grated finely or coarsely.
Combine Chinese cabbage and grated cheese, add canned corn if desired, season with sour cream or a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir.
