In winter, our body needs vitamins more than ever. I would like to offer you a very tasty and healthy fruit salad made from carrots and apples with honey, raisins and nuts, the ingredients of which are optimally combined and assimilated.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Sort the raisins and rinse in a colander, let the water drain. Finely grind the walnuts in a mortar.
Put the carrots, nuts and raisins in a salad bowl, add 1.5 tablespoons of honey and sprinkle with half a lemon. Mix all ingredients well, cover with a plate and leave for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut them into thin petals.
