I love funchose with my husband. Therefore, at home it is always dry. An indispensable product to quickly prepare a salad.
I prepare funchose in different ways, using the products that are available. One of my favorite options is Korean funchose. Funchoza plus fresh vegetables, dressing and voila, a quick and juicy appetizer salad is ready.
I usually use butter, soy sauce, lemon and pepper (hot and black) for dressing. But the store also sells ready-made dressing for Korean salads. The choice is great. You add it to the salad, and in an hour you can serve it to the table.
I also sometimes use this option, without any problems at all. I add garlic for piquancy, here it's a matter of taste.
Homemade Korean funchose is light and juicy, perfect for barbecue.
These are the simple products we need today.
Pour boiling water over funchoza for 5-7 minutes.
Peel the carrots. Cut all vegetables into strips. I use a Korean carrot grater.
Rinse the funchoza and discard in a colander. I cut the funchose with scissors to make it easier to eat.
Combine vegetables and noodles in a bowl. Shake the bag with the dressing well and add to the salad bowl.
Add the grated garlic.
Stir the salad and refrigerate for an hour.
Korean funchoza is ready to serve. Enjoy your meal.
