A salad of grapes and chicken breast is more suitable for the female half. It is very fresh, crispy and juicy. Grapes play an essential role, and if possible, it is better to buy seedless, otherwise you will have to tinker. Chicken meat, you know, does not make the salad heavy at all, but makes it satiety. Therefore, a serving of salad can be safely replaced with dinner.
For the salad, take half of the chicken breast, it must be boiled until tender and cooled. Wash herbs, lettuce and grapes. Prepare sour cream, mayonnaise, adjika and garlic for dressing.
Cut each grape in half, cut the chicken breast into cubes, cut the iceberg into strips.
Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream, squeeze the garlic through a press and add Adjika seasoning. If this is not the case, then you can add dry or another favorite seasoning.
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Dry the pine nuts in the microwave and cool. Sprinkle them over the salad.
