Boiled rice - 1 glass

Pink salmon in its own juice - 1 can

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.

Boiled eggs - 5 pcs.

Lettuce leaves - 4-5 pcs.

Mayonnaise - to taste

Step by step recipe with photo

I came up with the recipe for this salad several years ago. The ingredients were taken simple and, in my opinion, well combined. The decoration also somehow happened by itself, I wanted more flowers. Since then, I have prepared this salad many times, as my whole family loved it very much. I only reduced the amount of mayonnaise, which made it less nutritious. This salad perfectly combines rice with pink salmon, carrots, fresh cucumber, onions and eggs.

To prepare Chamomile Field salad, we need the following products: boiled rice, canned pink salmon, fresh cucumber, carrots, onions, boiled eggs, lettuce, mayonnaise.

Put the lettuce leaves on a dish in a circle, then put the boiled rice.

Mash pink salmon with a fork, lay on top of the rice.

Finely chop the onions and put the fish on top.

Grate the carrots, put in a pan, add a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer under a closed lid for several minutes. Then cool.

Put the carrots in a layer on top of the onion and brush with mayonnaise. I draw your attention to the fact that you do not need to lubricate the previous layers, the salad is already juicy enough.

Then cut a fresh cucumber into cubes and place on top of the carrots.

Lay the eggs in the top layer and use them to make chamomile. Cut out the petals from the proteins, and from the yolks we make the middle.

Gently lay out the petals to each other. Enjoy your meal!!!
