I am glad to present you a classic recipe for Polyanka salad. Honestly, I never thought about what it really is and how it differs from the one that many housewives prepare. As it turned out, in the classic version there are no carrots and cucumbers, and the meat layer is made from ham or boiled pork or beef.
Ingredients
Pickled champignons - 120 g
Pork - 200 g
Parsley - 1 bunch
Hard cheese - 100 g
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - to taste
Salt, pepper - to taste
Bay leaf - 1 pc.

I decided to cook the version with pork, as I have already shown with ham earlier. Like other options, the classic Polyanka salad will adorn any festive feast!
Prepare the required foods according to the ingredients list.
Place the pork in a saucepan and cover with water, add salt, peppercorns and bay leaf. When it boils, remove the foam, reduce heat and cook the meat until tender.
In a separate saucepan, boil the potatoes in their skins. Also boil the eggs.
Put the champignons in the form, caps down. Chop the parsley.
Lay the parsley on top of the mushrooms. Grate the eggs, put on parsley and apply mayonnaise.
Then, with a spoon, gently smooth the mayonnaise.
Next, grate the potatoes, put them on top of the eggs and salt a little. Also grease with mayonnaise. Cool the pork and cut into cubes.
Put the meat on the potatoes, brush with mayonnaise.
Grate hard cheese with the last layer.
Cover the dish with a dish for serving salad and turn over.
Remove the form.
Decorate the plate with herbs and serve the classic Polyanka salad to the table.
