This mushroom salad will serve as an excellent decoration for any festive table. Instead of corn, you can use green peas in it, and also dream up and diversify it with other ingredients.
Fry onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Add grated carrots to the roast, fry, stirring occasionally over high heat for 5 minutes.
Open a can of canned champignons, drain the juice and add them to the pan as well. Mix everything, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Boil potatoes in their uniforms, and hard-boiled eggs.
Peel potatoes and eggs, chop finely.
Put potatoes with eggs in a deep dish.
Add roast.
Add finely grated cheese, freshly chopped dill and half a can of canned corn. Stir all ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Season the salad with salt to taste if necessary.
