The main ingredient of Obzhorka salad is meat. Smoked, boiled, fried - whatever. Chicken, turkey, beef, pork - choose what you like best. Today I want to offer you a variant of a salad with chicken meat.

The meat should be boiled in advance and cooled. Korean-style carrots can be added both spicy and not spicy - it all depends on your culinary preferences. And I advise you to add homemade crackers, made from white bread or loaf. As a rule, there are a lot of all kinds of flavors in purchased crackers that can spoil the taste of the salad.

Prepare all the food you need to prepare the salad. Drain the juice from canned beans and carrots in Korean.

Cut the chilled chicken into cubes.
