Olivier salad without potatoes and meat belongs to the new modern salads. Potatoes in it very successfully replace avocados, and lightly salted salmon replace meat products. Such a salad turns out to be unusually tasty and tender. Olivier according to this recipe will not leave anyone indifferent.
Boil the carrots, cool and cut into small cubes.
Remove the pit from the avocado, peel and cut into cubes.
Cut fresh cucumber into cubes.
Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes.
Put frozen green peas in a container with boiling water, hold in it for 3 minutes, then rinse under cold running water, place in a sieve and drain off excess liquid.
