Recently, our family has grown fond of the combination of meat and fruits both in hot dishes and in salads.
This salad, with its very intense flavor, is one of our favorites. Meat gives satiety, cucumber and apple - freshness, egg pancake - tenderness and if you add a little garlic, the salad becomes very spicy.
The amount of ingredients I indicated is approximate, for a small portion. Here is a matter of taste, you can adjust for yourself.
For the dressing, I took sour cream and a little mayonnaise, you can just sour cream or just mayonnaise, whoever likes it.
Layered salad "My Ideal" is prepared very quickly. It is worth boiling a piece of pork in advance, cooling and separating into fibers.
Put the meat and a little dressing in the first layer. For convenience, I put the dressing in a bag and cut off the corner, so it is more convenient to coat the salad.
Put a cucumber cut into strips on top, then a little dressing again. You can pepper.
The next layer is an apple cut into strips and a dressing.
Salt and pepper a little eggs, beat. Fry two pancakes and cut into strips. Lay out the last layer and the remaining dressing. Grate garlic on top.
