You can also add boiled quail eggs, baked mushrooms, canned corn, or sesame and flax seeds to the salad. A portion of such a salad can completely replace a light dinner. Healthy, easy and tasty!
Prepare the food you need. Drain the canned tuna.
Wash and dry the greens.
Hard-boiled quail eggs, cool, peel and cut in half.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
On a flat dish, place lettuce leaves, tuna pieces, quail eggs and cherry halves.
