Our family is very fond of Thai meat. It can be made with beef tenderloin or a soft piece of beef. I used the meat that I had in the refrigerator. We have good beef in Uzbekistan, quite soft.

Any salad needs filling. In this case, everything is according to the season. In hot countries, young corn, fresh lemongrass grass, broccoli, green onions, bell peppers are added. In my salad, unconventionally and unobtrusively included carrots, as well as green salad.

The main feature of Thai beef is the marinade. It is he who gives the dish a unique taste. This time I put some ready-made red curry paste in the marinade. And I did it because the paste contains such rare ingredients as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal. I really wanted to get the right taste of this dish.

Cooking times are indicated along with the marinating times.

For cooking beef in Thai, we will take such products.

Prepare the beef marinade. Combine all of the above ingredients. Stir well until smooth.

Cut the beef into very thin slices and mix with the marinade. You can add ground red pepper. Leave on for 30-40 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Cut carrots into thin shavings, onions with long feathers, red peppers into rings.

Fry the meat in a well-heated skillet or wok over high heat with constant stirring, for about 5 minutes.

Add vegetables and heat for another minute while stirring.

Add green salad, stir and remove from heat.

Thai beef is ready. This dish is best served with rice and fresh vegetables.
