Salad "Capercaillie's Nest" with smoked chicken is delicious and beautiful. Such a salad will certainly become a decoration of any festive table. It is easy to prepare, and the ingredients are all available, but the taste is amazing: delicate, with a subtle smoky note and a crispy fried potato shell!
Prepare all required ingredients according to the list.
First, prepare the fried potatoes: peel 3-4 potatoes and grate them with long straws.
Place the straw on a cloth to drain the liquid as much as possible.
Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan and heat well. Divide the potatoes into 3-4 servings and put them in a pan one by one, fry until a beautiful ruddy color, stirring occasionally. Put the finished potatoes on a napkin to remove excess fat.
