I propose a recipe for a rather interesting salad with chicken and egg pancakes. This salad is called “Riddle”. It is safe to say that everyone, without exception, will like this salad. Delicious, satisfying, very easy to prepare. You can prepare the "Riddle" salad with egg pancakes for a festive celebration or a family meal.
Let's prepare products according to the list.
We put the canned corn on a sieve.
Boil chicken meat (for me - fillet) in salted water until tender, then cool and cut into small cubes.
Cooking egg pancakes. To do this, beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk or fork and divide into 3 equal portions.
Heat the pan and grease with vegetable oil using a brush. Pour the first portion of the egg mixture into the pan, fry on both sides until lightly browned. We will do the same with the remaining portions.
Twist the finished pancakes into a roll, leave to cool, then cut each pancake into thin strips.
Fry finely chopped onions until browned.
We collect the salad. Put the corn in a salad bowl, then the sliced pancakes (set aside a few rings for decoration).
Pour in the chicken meat.
Add fried onion, finely chopped dill and garlic chopped through a press. We mix.
Add mayonnaise and mix.
Delicious "Riddle" salad with egg pancakes is ready. Chill it before serving.
