I first tried this simple and tasty salad with my friend. Her mother always prepares it for any feast. When I tried it for the first time, I immediately understood why they love it so much. The salad was delicious.
To prepare a salad with chicken hearts and mushrooms, we need: chicken heart, champignons, onions, pickled cucumber, parmesan, parsley, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and chili pepper, as well as vegetable oil for frying.
Peel onions and mushrooms, chop, fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Rinse the chicken heart under running water, boil in slightly salted water until tender, 10-15 minutes. Cut off capillaries, cut into two parts.
Place the fried mushrooms and onions in a suitable dish, making sure that the excess oil remains in the pan. Add chopped boiled chicken heart and pickled cucumber.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, season, mix well. Salad with chicken hearts and mushrooms is ready for tasting. Enjoy!
