Now salads in which beets are present are very relevant. I would like to bring one of these salads to your attention. This salad goes well with any side dish and can be used as a spread on bread for a snack. If the beets are pre-cooked, the preparation of the salad will not take much time.
To make a salad from beets, we need a minimum set of products: beets, processed cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper are added as desired and to taste, I did not add.
Grate the processed cheese on a medium grater.
Boil the beets, cool and remove the skin. Grate beets on a medium grater, add melted cheese.
Then squeeze the garlic through a press.
Add mayonnaise to the mass.
Mix the whole mass well until smooth.
