The sweet taste of beetroot, banana and raisins, shaded with hearty and salty mayonnaise with garlic, will surprise you so pleasantly that the salad will take root as a family dish in your home. Thanks to the minimal and accessible set of ingredients, this salad is a real find when you are planning an event, and you rack your brains: "what to cook?" Enchanting in taste, very delicate and spicy. Try it yourself!
It is better not to pass the garlic through a press, but finely chop. The combination of a banana sweat and chunks of garlic is especially delicious. Pour the raisins in hot water and let stand for about five minutes while you prepare the rest of the vegetables.
Cut the bananas into cubes.
Boil the beets in a peel, cool and peel. Grate on a coarse grater.
The first layer is grated beets. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. Pay attention to the fact that the salad tastes better when it is airy, that is, there is no need to tamp the layers, but on the contrary, even when laying mayonnaise, do not smear it, but put it as if in drops.
The middle and thickest layer is bananas mixed with raisins and garlic. Cover with "drops" of mayonnaise.
Cover the salad with grated beets.
Squeeze out large "dots" of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with walnuts, ground in a blender. You can gently remove the mold. The shape is used if you want the layers to be visible and the salad to look like a cake.
About the salt. I didn't salt the salad, we have enough salt, which is present in mayonnaise. You are guided by your taste, whether you need to salt it or not.
