I offer you a very tasty and healthy salad with beans and corn. Such a salad can be prepared in nature as an appetizer for kebabs, but it is no less tasty to serve it for breakfast or dinner in combination with any side dish.
The salad is prepared very quickly, since you do not need to cook anything for it. Salad is dressed with olive oil, wine vinegar and garlic sauce.
Prepare all the ingredients for the salad according to the list.
Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings.
Cut the tomato into cubes.
Put onion and tomatoes in a deep bowl, add corn and beans. Beans must be rinsed under running water.
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, wine vinegar and squeeze the garlic through a press. Stir well until smooth.
