If your family has small children, then together with them you can prepare and decorate this delicious salad of vegetables, eggs and red fish. Use mayonnaise, olives, herbs or red caviar for decoration. Imagine and pleasantly surprise your family and friends. We decorated the salad with my daughter - she really liked making drops of mayonnaise.
Prepare the ingredients for the salad.
Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins, cool, peel and separately grate on a coarse grater.
Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool in cold water and peel. Separate whites from yolks and grate separately on a coarse grater.
Cut 150 grams of red fish into small cubes, cut the remaining fish into thin strips.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Set aside some cheese to garnish the salad.
Using mayonnaise, draw a mitten on the dish on which you will lay out the salad. I cut a mitten out of paper in advance, put the template on the dish and traced mayonnaise around the outline of the template.
Place the first layer of carrot salad on a dish. Try not to go over the edges of the mitten painted with mayonnaise. Lubricate each layer of salad, except for the topmost one, with mayonnaise.
Layer of egg whites.
A layer of cheese and egg yolks.
Then we proceed to the design of the top layer of the salad. Place the sides of the lettuce in thin slices of trout.

Garnish with grated cheese.
Decorate the salad to your liking. We drew a snowflake and droplets. The result is such an appetizing mitten. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
