Festive salad with beans, beef and pickles. Season with mayonnaise and mustard.
Ingredients
Boiled beef - 250-300 g
Boiled red beans - 1 can
Pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs. (small)
Lettuce leaves - 50 g
Purple onion - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper 2 colors - 1/2 each
Mayonnaise - 100 g
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
Fresh parsley - a couple of sprigs

I would like to offer a delicious salad with beef and beans. Perfect for both a festive table and a family dinner.
To prepare it, we need pre-boiled beef without veins, boiled red beans, pickled cucumbers, mix salad, salad onions, parsley, salt, pepper, bell pepper, mayonnaise and mustard.
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Onion in half rings.
Cucumbers in cubes.
Boiled beef strips.
Put the mix salad leaves on the dish, Bulgarian pepper and onion on top.
Then rinse the beans and lay them on top. Do not forget to salt and pepper each layer !!!
Put the cucumbers on top.
Mix mayonnaise with mustard.
Put the meat on top of the cucumbers and pour with mayonnaise and mustard. Decorate with parsley leaves. You can leave the salad in this form, just let it brew in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Or you can mix everything and serve in a salad bowl.
