Such a salad can be bought ready-made in German stores, I suggest making it yourself. Mayonnaise can be reduced or increased, or even replaced with yogurt, the salad tastes better when it stands. It is prepared in a couple of minutes, since it has only 2 main ingredients - sausage and pickled cucumbers. I took very little mayonnaise, usually this salad floats in mayonnaise, since the proportions of the store one are 1: 1: 1, that is, per 1 kg. lettuce needs 333 grams of sausage, 333 grams of cucumbers and 333 grams of mayonnaise. But that is why a homemade salad is good, the proportions can be changed.
We take such products, from greens that are at hand, I have dill, cilantro and green onions (you can do without greens at all).
Cut the sausage into cubes or grate it on a special grater.
Also cucumbers.
Finely chop the greens.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper with a spoon.
Put on salad.
And mix.
This salad is very satisfying and can be served with a side dish or as an appetizer. The Germans smear it on bread or a bun for breakfast or dinner.
